Charities Week total is in!

By Amy Wonnacott, Senior Charities Prefect

The Year 12 Charities Week of 2017 has proven to be a huge success, with Year 12 students raising over £1,700.

From 20th-24th March students organised lunchtime and break time stalls to fundraise in groups for their chosen charity. Stalls included hot chocolate, cake pops, doughnuts, second hand books and nail painting, which were all very popular with the lower school students and staff!

The Year 12 students raised the money for 13 charities, including the Helen and Douglas House, Room to Read, MSF and Stop Hunger.

Just one of the many enriching experiences our future Sixth Formers can look forward to.
